Registration

  • First 8 are free for member clubs. Over free allocation, use "Member Clubs-Additional Spots with Cost" registration type.
  • Use this registration type once you have registered/utilized your (8) free attendee allocation for your club.
  • Only for Florida Ski Council Past Presidents & current FSC Elected Officers/Executive Committee members. Free registration includes one guest who must be registered as a guest under the primary attendee registration.
  • Meal fee per person only. Exhibitor fee waived for 2026 Spring Meeting partner participants. Fall Meal fee waived for Fall meal Sponsors for up to 2 attendees.
  • Per-person Exhibitor fee, including meal fee for 1 person. Additional attendees from same company must register separately and pay a meal fee unless your company is a Fall Meal Sponsor.

2026 FSC Fall Meeting

@ Renaissance Orlando Resort - Disney Springs

November 6-8, 2026

Meeting will include:

  • Breakout sessions for 2027 FSC ski trip leaders
  • Club selection of 2029 FSC trip bidding destinations

Meeting highlights:

  • Informal "meet & greet" social on Friday evening for all attendees (drinks & food on your own).

  • Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday is on your own.

  • Lunch & dinner included on Saturday for all attendees.  

  • 2027 FSC trip updates and breakout sessions for trip leaders on Saturday morning.

  • Discussions involving topics of interest to our member clubs on Saturday afternoon. Industry partners are encouraged to attend these sessions.

  • Club recommendations for 2029 trip destinations discussed Saturday afternoon.

  • Club voting on Sunday morning for destinations who will be invited to bid for the FSC 2029 January & February trips. Voting on Sunday will also include a final "short list" of international trip destinations for a possible FAM trip in December 2027 or January 2028.  


Don't forget to make your Renaissance reservations. Deadline for FSC discounted rate is October 16th! Reservations made after this date will be subject to the standard hotel rate.

FSC group room rate is $169 + tax per night for a standard guest room, plus a discounted self-parking rate of $15 per night. The rate includes complimentary internet, daily housekeeping, mini-fridge, and a coffee maker.

This special rate is available for any combination of dates beginning 11/3 through 11/11 for those who want to extend their stay before or after our meeting dates.

Shared ride shuttle service to and from the airport can be booked for a fee directly via Mears Connect; reservations required.

FLORIDA SKI COUNCIL: The Florida Ski Council is comprised of 15 member ski clubs. Club members have reciprocal privileges which allow them to travel with other clubs. Collectively, our clubs take thousands of travelers to the slopes each season.
