1. Member Clubs-Free Spots
First 8 are free for member clubs. Over free allocation, use "Member Clubs-Additional Spots with Cost" registration type.
2. Member Clubs - Additional Spots with Cost – $85.00
Use this registration type once you have registered/utilized your free attendee allocation for your club.
3. FSC Past Presidents & Current Officers
Only for Florida Ski Council Past Presidents & current FSC Elected Officers/Executive Committee members.
4. Industry Partners - Per Person Meal Fee for 2021 Spring Mtg Participant – $110.00
Meal fee only. Exhibitor fee waived for 2021 Spring Meeting partner participants.
5. Industry Partner-Per Person Fee for Non-Spring 2021 Meeting Participants – $260.00
Per-person meal and exhibitor fee.

2021 FSC Fall Meeting

IN PERSON

November 5-7, 2021

Meeting will include:

Break out sessions for 2022 FSC trip leaders.
Presentations of additional 2023 FSC January trip bids and voting for final trip selection.
Club selection of 2024 FSC trip bidding destinations and tour operators.

Meeting highlights:

Informal "meet & greet" social on Friday evening for all attendees (light snacks & non-alcoholic drinks provided, not a meal).
Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday mornings for Club & Council attendees; lunch & dinner on Saturday for all attendees.
2022 FSC trip updates and break out sessions for trip leaders on Saturday morning.
Discussions involving topics of interest to our member clubs on Saturday afternoon. Industry partners are encouraged to attend these sessions.
Club recommendations for 2024 trip destinations discussed Saturday afternoon.
Club voting on Sunday morning for destinations and tour operators who will be invited to bid for the FSC 2024 January & February trips. Voting on Sunday will also include a final "short list" of international trip destinations for a possible FAM trip in 2023.

Be sure to indicate you are with the Florida Ski Council (FSC).

**When making your reservation, be sure to indicate whether you want a King room or a Queen room. The King room will have 1 King bed; the Queen room will have 2 Queen beds.

FSC group rate is $131+tax per night for a standard guest room with 1 King bed or 2 Queen beds. All rooms include a mini refrigerator, coffee maker & microwave. FSC group rate is available November 2-8, 2021. Deadline for reservations guaranteed at the FSC group rate is October 15th!

FLORIDA SKI COUNCIL

The Florida Ski Council is made up of 15 member ski clubs from all over the state. Members have reciprocal privileges which allow them to travel with any club on any trip.
