The Spring meeting is our annual business meeting where elections and by-law changes take place. It is also the start of our fiscal year which runs from June 1 through May 31. Most importantly, the spring meeting now includes presentations from bidding resorts, and club voting for FSC trip destinations. Most spring meetings actually occur in June since they are scheduled for the first weekend after Memorial Day. We plan our trips 1 1/2 years in advance.

The Fall Meeting, normally held in late October or early November, is all about the clubs. Workshops are held for club interaction and discussion on relevant topics. Member clubs also select the destinations to be included in the next bidding round for FSC trip destinations (called the “short list”). The FSC Director of Bids will send bid requests to the destinations selected at this meeting.

The Fall meeting is also a great opportunity for resorts to interact with clubs in a more casual setting. Display space is provided free of charge at the Fall meeting to any full-weekend paid exhibitors from our Spring showcase.
